Items that are fulfilled by J0mi (e.g. candles, stickers) are sent using the guidance below.

Items fulfilled by Fourthwall (e.g. shirts, tote bag) will be shipped by a third-party manufacturer.

When will my order ship?

We know how important it is to get your order processed quickly. Our goal is to have all orders shipped within 3-5 businesses from the date of purchase.

How much will shipping cost?

Shipping is estimated based on the amount of products (by weight) and the size of the shipping box. Free shipping options start at orders totaling $50.00 (excluding international and expedited shipping). Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout.

Who do you ship with?

We know that shipping fees can be pretty annoying, so we try to keep them as low as possible. Depending on the size of the order and the distance it needs to travel, we will use the cheapest carrier. This may by USPS, UPS, or FedEx in most cases.

Will I be able to track my order?

Yes, we will upload tracking information once it is available, and you should receive an email with the tracking information once it has been scanned by the carrier. If you do not receie an email, please let us know and we will happily update you on the status of your order.

Will I have to pay any additional taxes on my order if I'm located outside the US?

International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, and other customs charges. The charges vary by country, and we are unable to calculate them in advanace at this time. For more information regarding your country's customs policies, please contact your local customs office. If such a fee gets imposed on your package, you are responsible for payment.
