Shipping FAQ
For Items Fulfilled by J0miCrafts
Items that are fulfilled by J0mi (e.g. candles, stickers) are sent using the guidance below.
Items fulfilled by Fourthwall (e.g. shirts, tote bag) will be shipped by a third-party manufacturer.
When will my order ship?
We know how important it is to get your order processed quickly. Our goal is to have all orders shipped within 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday) from the date of purchase.
How much will shipping cost?
Shipping is auto-calculated based on weight and how far the package needs to be sent. For U.S. orders over $50, free shipping will automatically be applied at check-out. If you are ordering a combination of items from both J0mi and Fourthwall (e.g. a candle and a hoodie), you will see two different delivery estimates since items are being shipped from different locations.
Which companies do you ship with?
We know that shipping costs can be a pain, so we try to keep them as low as possible. Often, that means we are shipping with either USPS or UPS depending on the size and distance your order needs to travel.
Will I be able to track my order?
Yes, we will upload tracking information once it is available and you should receive an email with the updated status. If you do not receive an email, please let us know and we will be happy to update you on the order status.
Do you ship order internationally?
Certain items on J0miCrafts are available worldwide (i.e. items in the “Merch” category). At this time candles and stickers are only shipped within the US and Canada. Canadian orders will be shipped via USPS to help reduce cost and the likelihood of VAT being collected at time of delivery. If you are outside of the US or Canada and are interested in purchasing a candle, please contact us and we can try to figure out a plan.
Will I have to pay any additional taxes on my order if I'm located outside the US?
International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, and other customs charges. The charges vary by country, and we are unable to calculate them in advanace at this time. For more information regarding your country's customs policies, please contact your local customs office. If such a fee gets imposed on your package, you are responsible for payment.
